PCSG has cemented its position as a key supplier of digital services to the public sector with the award of a place on the flagship G-Cloud 12 framework.
Central government, local councils, NHS trusts, housing associations and other public sector bodies will be able to access an extensive portfolio of cloud-based software and support services from us to support more efficient and effective estate management. This follows our award of a place on two lots of the latest iteration of the multi-million pound framework.
The extensive range of PCSG cloud services which can be called-off include:
- Data Integration services – support for asset owners seeking to integrate data from multiple source systems to connect, assure and visualise key information and drive improved decision-making.
- Proof of concept delivery – help with the rapid development of prototypes to test the validity of technology interventions.
- Systems architecture design – support for asset owners with designing the optimum structures for collecting, maintaining and sharing data.
- Building and Information Management technical project services – to support clients to execute cloud-based BIM strategies.
Our industry-leading services to support the ‘people’ aspects of a shift to digital ways of working within built environment organisations are also available through the framework. These include our cultural change programmes which use structured improvement initiatives to support our clients – addressing processes and embedding collaborative working methods and behaviours.
GeoConnect+, our industry-leading platform which hosts and connects built asset information with unlimited geospatial datasets, can also be called-off following our award of a place on Lot 2 (Cloud software) of the G-Cloud 12 framework.
G-Cloud was established in 2012 to provide customers across the UK public sector with a quick, reliable and value-for-money route to purchase cloud-based services and to make it easier for smaller organisations to sell their services to public sector clients. It offers access to more than 4,750 suppliers – all of whom have been evaluated as capable of delivering the requirements.
Owners and maintainers of Britain’s key assets, including HS2, have accessed our services through G-Cloud as they seek to adopt efficient, digital approaches to the design, delivery and operations of their assets.
PCSG is supporting HS2 with our GeoConnect+ platform – enabling it to pull together and use effectively the vast volume of project and asset data which is being used and procured on the ambitious rail project.
PCSG, chaired by Dr Mark Bew MBE, was awarded a place for the first time on Lot 2 last year. The award builds on our work providing support to organisations seeking to set-up and maintain cloud services as part of a shift to a digital, data-centred approach to their built asset management.
