Bid Management

PCSG has and continues to support major government and defence sector bids.

PCSG helped to structure and author responses for the maintenance of MoD Housing stock in several UK regions. Focus was required on critical sections, with accounted for 25% of the quality mark, to ensure that they were fluent, detailed and precise responses which met the client’s requirements.

The MoD NGEC Regional Prime Contracts bid was for the provision and maintenance of infrastructure. We supported bid co-ordination and provision of engaging and informative graphics to illustrate the text.

PCSG was involved over a three year period on the Allenby Connaught Project tender; a hugely complex accommodation PFI project. Our role included liaising with project stakeholders, developing client specific delivery solutions and writing responses.

PCSG supported Cranfield University on their successful submission for the Academic Provider, Shrivenham tender to provide academic teaching at Shrivenham’s Defence Academy. We facilitated strategy workshops, developed proposals and established and monitored a fully resourced bid programme. We produced writing plans, reviewed written responses and liaised with graphic and printing resources regarding final document production.
