PCSG helped our client secure first place on the quality assessment of the EFA Contractors Framework which will be used to design and build educational facilities totalling £4BN.
Working within the team to draw up and incorporate key ‘win themes’ and tailor written responses created a focused, fluent response which precisely met client requirements.

Using in depth sector knowledge and understanding of EFA procurement priorities to help draft precise, client focused responses for the £5BN EFA Regional Framework, our clients achieved success on all six regional lots.

Our client secured a place on the £200M North Wales Schools and Public Buildings Framework, and subsequent project bids were successful, including the Queensferry Learning Campus.

PCSG was retained for the £250M development which will house 15,000 students and staff in four interlinked buildings on the University of Ulster Campus, Belfast.

PCSG experience was instrumental in our client being awarded top marks for the second Academies Framework in 2009. Collaborative working with the team developed clear solutions focusing on sustainable design and construction.
