We supported major healthcare bids including the Broadmoor Hospital redevelopment.

Our knowledge of a wide range of contract types - including PFI, PPP and NHS LIFT projects – coupled with our grasp of the key concerns for procurers in this area has proved invaluable in helping our clients to bid success.

PCS supported the major contractor that was awarded the £150 million contract to redevelop Broadmoor Hospital, achieving 98.1% on the ‘quality’ score, the highest ever awarded by the client. We supported the bid director throughout, addressing specific sensitivities associated with the setting, scale and complexity in responses. We developed ‘win’ themes, identified evidence, and produces writing plans and convincing responses.

We worked with a major contractor on its submission for the £14 million Phase 1 Highways and Infrastructure section of the £250 million Watford Health Campus regeneration project. Acting as Bid Manager and Technical Director, we developed the technical responses, undertook site visits, compiled CVs and drafted focused, fluent responses.

We supported the successful bid for the NHS Procure 21+ Framework. Collaborating with a team of P21 Framework managers, we provided critical leadership, focus on client issues, developed high scoring responses, provided expert sustainability input and led document finalisation.
