PCSG supports major infrastructure and buildings submissions across the globe.

Our team includes fluent Spanish and French speakers. We co-locate overseas, or work from the UK; either way, we ensure submissions are tailored to the market we are working in.

Australia: We have a permanent presence in Brisbane and collocated to support an international JV on the A$6 billion East-West Link in Melbourne. Our UK team used time zones to our clients’ advantage during the finalisation phase.

Europe: Experience includes the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link in Denmark where we are co-located in Copenhagen with a JV on these staged tenders for one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe; and the ground breaking European Spallation Source tender in Sweden where we provided support at every step to produce a high quality submission.

Middle East: Submissions include the €1.5 billion project Doha Metro project in Qatar where our tunnelling specialist co-located in Doha to help with mobilisation; and Mace’s tender for the Lusail Stadium, a flagship project for FIFA’s World Cup.

North America: Having provided bid management and writing support on the Ohio River Bridges tender, Walsh-Vinci-Bilfinger retained us to help with mobilisation - developing management plans, procedures and other deliverables to fulfil client’s requirements.

South America: We supported VINCI’s successful bid for the El Teniente Mining Tunnels in Chile – a major project to construct two new tunnels in on one of Chile’s largest copper mines.
