Police, Custodial, Fire and Public sector

PCSG experience includes Fire Service, Police, Custodial and other public projects.

Our bid documents continually demonstrate our understanding of the priorities for procurers in this area - not least that works should not disrupt existing, often critical, operations.

Police: Our understanding of the operational needs of the police service and technical knowledge has facilitated high scoring submissions on PFI bids for the development and operation of Police facilities.

Custodial: We supported a bid for the MoJ Prisons Framework, providing bid management, developing project-specific CVs, formatting and reviewing documents and implemented changes from review.

Fire and Rescue Services: Our support on bids includes Stoke & Staffs Fire ISDS, Gloucestershire Fire PFI, Guildford Fire Station and all stages of the successful London Fire PFI bid.
We supported the competitive dialogue process for the Gloucestershire Fire PFI, resulting in a high scoring submissions.

Public Sector: We have worked on a number of projects, using our detailed knowledge and understanding of key issues to help clients manage and write bids,
for example on public housing schemes, East London Transit 1b, Luton Busway, Leigh Ellenbrook Guided Busway and PFI Street Lighting contracts.
