Will Hackney has joined PCSG Australia as Consulting Director, adding further depth and expertise to our industry-leading team.
Leveraging his 18 years of experience in the UK and Australia, Will will help meet our clients’ demands for strategic and technical advisory services which enhance the condition, performance and sustainability of their assets.
At the forefront of the development and implementation of best practice for asset information management throughout his career, Will recently supported Aurecon to become one of the first organisations globally to achieve the BSI Kitemark certification for BIM in Design to the ISO 19650-1 and ISO 19650-2 international standards.
He has also chaired the Sustainable Built Environment National Research Centre (SBEnrc) for several years alongside Government, clients and universities, with a focus on enabling a digital approach across the asset lifecycle.
In the UK, Will successfully led Transport for London’s information modelling and management business change programme, spanning its multi-million-pound capital projects. He was also actively involved in many of the UK Government’s early BIM adopter projects. He has a background in civil engineering and an MSc in IT Management in Construction.
